
The MW Grand Lodge of WV and MW Brother Frank J. Haas's attorneys met in mediation and failed to meet any agreement. The Judge has set a trial date of November 2, 2009.Looks like expelled former Grand Master of Masons in West Virginia Frank Haas will finally get his day in court.
